We are officially launching our tech-enabled service, and I am looking for exactly 10 businesses to form our Founding Cohort.

I'll shoot straight with you. WINWINI is a powerful system. It's an entire suite of custom business software paired with human-in-the-loop service providers. But because I am completely bootstrapping this company, I can't just launch to the masses. I need to bring on a cohort of 10 businesses at the exact same time to pool our demand so that we have enough consistent work to keep our service providers busy.

Because you'll be helping us iron out the exact workflows and inevitably squash a few early-stage bugs, I am waiving the $189 monthly software license entirely for your first 6 months. I'm also cutting the technical server setup fee in half.

Like every business that adopts WINWINI, you are required to complete our 90-day implementation program ($895 a month for three months) to guarantee the system actually takes root. However, because this is our inaugural group, you won't be handed off to a junior onboarding rep. You will work directly with me.

That gives you 45 total 1-on-1 sessions (15 per month) where we will personally map out your job phases, build your process templates, and put your business on a true process diet. That direct access to the architect of the software is exactly why this is the Founding Cohort.
