After 90 days, ongoing coaching is optional and billed hourly.

Why required? Because the outcome is a business running on enforced processes, not software access.
What if we already have processes? Great. We translate them into a trackable, enforceable system.
Can we skip it? We seriously don't recommend it. But if you buy a perpetual license and want to skip the the first 3 months of coaching, you can and then purchase coaching by the hour, as needed.
